Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks minimum for your item to be processed and made before shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive between 2-5 business days. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided; if an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. 

If there is any issues concerning packaging occurs, please contact us at royalrichnessco@gmail.com and include "Issue" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number.

Our business hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If you send us an email, please allow up to 24hrs for a reply during these hours.

Policy  

Please note that each product is made to order. Royal Richness does not permit returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the nature of the product.  All products are handmade, so please check ingredients prior to purchase. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients listed; Royal Richness is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
